Product Ordering

How do I find what I’m looking for and place an order?

On the home page, navigate through the catalog folders to find the relevant literature and marketing materials. Once on the page of the product you wish to order, select an order quantity of 1-4 (shipped in bundles of 25). To complete the order, select ‘Shopping Cart’ at the top navigation. Confirm order details and shipping information. Agree to terms and conditions. Submit order.
Multiple products may be added to the cart and shipped to a single location. To ship to multiple addresses, a separate order must be completed.

The product I am searching for is out of stock, when will it be back?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to backorder your literature. Please continue to check back as it will be in stock shortly.

How do I cancel or revise an order that has already been placed?

Billing and Shipping

How much does each brochure bundle and shipping cost?

As a Sullair distributor, all literature and shipping is provided to you at no cost.

How will my order be shipped?

Expedited shipping may be requested in the special instructions section during check out, however this does not reduce the time required to produce the order.

How can I track the status of my order?

After your order has been processed and shipped, status and tracking can be accessed from your account by clicking the “My Account” tab located at the top navigation and visiting the “Order History” page.
